One of my choices in managing my physical and emotional health currently: I am setting an alert on my phone at 9:30am to take a bike ride or walk outside, 11:30am to spend at least 20 minutes on the elliptical (my tease... I'm watching The Morning Show on Apple TV and I stop before an episode is over... making me go back on the elliptical again to continue watching) and at 1:30pm I'm using my mobile TRX to do Pull-ups... My evening walk is spent with my hubby focusing on nature and observing the changes daily as Spring begins- Every little bit counts. If you don't have the equipment ... let us know there are lots of creative options made from things in your own home! Its the little things .
