Determined Discipline. Motivation will weaken, and fade. Motivation comes and goes. What sustains the ability to make healthy choices into healthy habits? Its not that some are weak and some are strong. Or some are motivated and some are not. Its the willingness to be disciplined in practicing everyday. Yes practice -no one is ever perfect.
