You don’t have to be flexible to move with less pain.

This movement-inspired program is designed for anyone who is stiff, achy and dealing with compromised mobility, headaches and sciatica- due to aging, repetitive stress, poor posture or inactivity.

These sessions offer an opportunity to be guided through moving mindfully to maximize movement function, and increase flexibility with minimal risk of injury.

We will work through basic poses and movements that can improve your balance, strength and flexibility.

This approach to movement can enhance your rehabilitation in recovering from an injury and assist in retaining or regaining movement function typically lost with aging and chronic pain conditions.

This is a Zoom session; there is a pre-requisite of attending at least 2 in person sessions of Mindful Movement. Please contact 716-316-2511 for any questions or concerns regarding this.

Participants are encouraged to have a yoga mat. A chair and any other necessary supportive equipment may also be helpful.
