I am looking forward to supporting you! In the Healthy Habits program you will explore how your current choices affect your health. You will begin to understand how your body uses food, so you can feel empowered to select the right foods to support your individual health needs and goals.
Working with me is different. I’m not an influencer. I’m not about a quick fix. As a Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach I work closely with my clients to empower them to take control of their health and wellness.
I do this by partnering with my clients to increase self-awareness of choices while guiding them through the process of change. My areas of focus include healthy aging, managing chronic pain, moving mindfully, self-care, nutritional balance and weight management.
As this session begins, please keep in mind - this is YOUR program, not mine. I am your guide and will provide resources and materials for your journey. Your success will be determined by your readiness, willingness to commit and the time you choose to dedicate. Being healthy does not come without an investment. Illness is not cheap. You will spend time and money with either - the CHOICE is yours.

Healthy Habits / Tailored to You Coaching Client Profile: this is an opportunity for you to reflect on where you are, how you got here and where you’d like to be. Your answers will also help provide Coach Rebecca the most appropriate support and guidance.
Healthy Habits / Self-study: this is an outline of the 6 sessions and the suggested corresponding pre-work of educational videos. Many of these videos suggest products; they are not any type of a requirement for your success. Please embrace the knowledge content as you view these. Watch session one before our first session.
Healthy Habits Resources: this is a series of links to the resources available to support you; weekly recap notes, recipes, meal plans, exercise, supplements, etc
Our sessions are intended for group discussions, shares and accountability, Each session will be 60 minutes.
I will be available for optional measurements at each session. These will take place prior or after the session. Please let me know via text as soon as possible if you’d like to schedule. You may also choose to handle it on your own.
All sessions will be held at Center Yoga, 1333 Strad Avenue, North Tonawanda.

Total Cost is $350 due by first day of class or $300 if you have already completed the Healthy Choices Grocery Session. (Cash, Check, Venmo or Credit) Receipts are always available.
